There is some signs of use overall.
There is no stickiness to the material.
There is no problem with opening/closing the zipper or securing the hook.
There is light dirt on the right rubber sole and around the sole.
There is a difference between the left and right.
There is dirt around the seams on the left and right insteps.
The right accessory pouch is yellowed.
Other than the above. There are no noticeable scratches or stains. And the item is in relatively good condition.
