- Handling Time: All orders are handled within 2-7 business days from the receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Transit Time: Once your order has left or facility, the transit time is approximately 2 to 7 business days. Delivery times are based on business days (Mon-Fri except for holidays). THE RELUXE is not responsible for shipping courier delays.
Expedited Shipping
THE RELUXE offers Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days) for $49-$85. Please note, this does not guarantee same-day or next-day dispatch. Orders will still follow our standard handling processing timeframe stated above (subject to courier delays).

Custom duties and taxes
All items shipped internationally may be subject to local import duties or custom fees. The Reluxe provides the selected carrier (FedEx, DHL or UPS) with all required shipping information upon dispatch, and any additional duties or taxes will be calculated by the courier and payment will be taken at time of delivery.
The Reluxe is not liable for delays in orders occurring due to external factors, such as custom clearance issues at destination. Items made of exotic materials cannot be shipped outside the US. Shipping fees and charges are non-refundable.
