Cancellation Policy

Life happens — we get it. If you need to cancel within 5 days of your deposit (weekends and holidays included), we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Simply call or email us and we'll take care of everything promptly.
After the grace period
Once the 5-day grace period has passed, your item is considered firmly reserved. At that point, all payments made — including your deposit — are non-refundable. Your piece will be returned to our available inventory. We always recommend reaching out early if you have any concerns — we're happy to chat!

If the balance hasn't been paid in full by the end of the 60-day window, the layaway order will be cancelled and all payments made will be forfeited.
