This item appears to be an unused store display item or an item that has only been tried on. There are some minor stains. And there are some scratches that are typical of buffalo horn (which is a natural material). (See images 6. 8. And 9)
Also. The protective cloth inside the box has white marks due to storage (see 10th image).
