This is the Amulet Padlock GMNecklace from Hermes. The motif of the key and the cadena and the large chain are impressive. The condition of the item is slightly scuffed on the motif. Small scratches on the key hook. And the plating has been peeled and dulled. But there are no noticeable stains or damages. So it can still be used without any problems.
