It has been given a B rank because it has dirt. Some fluffing on the hood and hem strings. White fading on the pocket openings and hem. Creases on the central Sherry line. Creases on the tag. And scuff scratches on the zipper knob. Although it has some signs of wear. There are no noticeable damages or stains when worn. So I think it is OK for everyday wear.
