This appears to be an unused. Stored item with tags attached, but some areas. Such as the top of the surface. May feel a little sticky when you touch them.
There is a very slight whitish stain under the logo on the front and a blackish stain on the right edge, but it is a clean item with no major damage. (See the 9th image)
