It appears to be an unused item that has only been tried on. So it is in good condition, but if you look closely. You can see some light stains on the shoelaces. Also. There is a slight light stain on the tip of the left shoe, and there are some small wrinkles on the leather part at the top of the inside of the heel. Which may have been there originally.
Hard to tell in the image, but in the 7th image. The original transparent sticker is also pasted in the center of the black part on the left.
